Special Enhancements

• Extended Duration: This is used in place of using character points to stabilize created matter in this setting. At the +150% Permanent level and below, the matter is unstable in nature and can be destroyed by successful use of the Neutralize or Static Advantages, if the source for Create and Neutralize/Static are matched. At the +300% level, the matter is completely normal in all respects. This method of stabilizing matter should compare favorably to Snatcher with Extended Duration (Permanent) at the +300% level. Characters that go around creating matter for money should pay points for Independent Income or pay points for Wealth and treat it like a very high-paying job.
