Control (Spell Modifiers) can control a specific spell up to 10 times level squared points, adding or removing 10% worth of modifiers per level.

This is a limiting enchantment, so it changes the monetary cost of the enchantment it affects. Limit increases the cost of the enchantment itself and reduces the resale price. The change in price is equal to the absolute value of the Limitation added.
