Control (Spell Modifiers) can control a specific spell up to 10 times level squared points, adding or removing 10% worth of modifiers per level.

This is a limiting enchantment, so it changes the monetary cost of the enchantment it affects. The final cost is up to the GM. Link can decrease or increase cost, depending on if it makes the item more useful or not. Exclusive Links (the +10% kind) usually decrease value. Optional Links (the +20% kind) usually increase value.

This is often used to make weapons that glow in the presence of certain monsters.
